Build strength and stay active with the weight plate set! It includes two 5kg and two 2.5kg plates, each with a 2.5cm centre hole to fit standard barbells with ease. Designed with three grip holes, they're great for barbell-free exercises too, so you can switch up your routine. The tough polypropylene cover helps protect your floors from drops, so you can train confidently, wherever you lift.
Key features
Complete weight set: Includes 2 x 5 kg and 2 x 2.5 kg weight plates (15 kg total), offering flexible weight combinations for progressive strength training. For squats, deadlifts and bench presses, or as standalone free-weights for your home gym setup
Standard fit: Tired of struggling to get plates on and off the bar? The 2.5 cm (1-inch) centre hole fits most standard barbells, dumbbell bars and EZ curl bars, while the smooth inner edge helps plates slide on and off easily between sets
Three built-in grip holes: Don't leave your weights on the bar all workout. Three built-in grip holes give you a secure hold when using the plates on their own for shoulder shrugs, Russian twists, plate lunges and other full-body exercises
Floor-safe & noise reduction: Bare metal plates can be noisy and leave marks when set down. The PP outer shell helps reduce clanking noise and protects your floor from scratches and dents, making these free weights better suited to everyday home workouts
Two Sizes, 15 kg Total: The set includes 2 x 5 kg plates (Φ27 x 4.5D cm) and 2 x 2.5 kg plates (Φ24 x 3.5D cm), giving you practical weight options without needing to buy multiple sets. Simply load the plates onto your bar and get started
